Financial agreements

Binding financial agreements are commonly used to reduce uncertainty between parties adn to formalise an agreed arrangement without requiring court appearance.

Financial agreements may be put in place at commencement and during a relationship or marriage or following separation orders.

Reaching an agreement can be difficult and emotionally challenging but we are experienced in conductint the process in a way which minimises emotional issues and demonstrates the practical value of an agreement to both sides.
