Kelly Legal began as “MS Kelly & Co Solicitors” in 2004 when Sean Kelly acquired the small practice of a retiring solicitor in Mackay.  In 2007, the practice merged with long-standing local firm Searles Solicitors and adopted the name Kelly Legal.
